4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary:
- To perform a contract, including providing requested features, accounts, purchases, and support
- For legitimate interests, such as securing, maintaining, analyzing, and improving the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights
- To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements
- With your consent, where we request it for a specific purpose
If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage, security, and email delivery
- AI processing providers, including fal and its OpenRouter integration, which send your photo and relevant questionnaire and report information to the selected model service to generate your assessment

- Stripe for report pack payments
- Email, support, and notification providers, including Feishu for account, payment, and operational notifications
- Plausible for website analytics

Service providers receive information only when their related capability is enabled or used and only as needed to perform their functions.
Some laws use terms such as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" for certain transfers involving analytics or advertising, even when no money is exchanged for personal information. If those activities are enabled and those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out as described in Section 10.
6. Payments
Stripe collects and processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers.
We retain purchase and credit records, including your checkout email, order and customer identifiers, selected report pack, payment status, and credit usage, to provide your reports, handle payment queries, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
7. Anonymous Assessments and Account Access
You can start an assessment without registering. A browser cookie lets you return to your assessments in the same browser. Clearing it may prevent access to reports that are not linked to an account.
When you buy a report pack, we use your checkout email to create or link an account and send an access link for your reports and remaining credits. Reports linked to your account can be accessed from your history during their retention period.
8. Data Retention
Photos, questionnaire answers, and generated reports are normally retained for 30 days from the creation of the assessment. After that period, the assessment becomes unavailable and its content is removed through scheduled cleanup.
Removing a report from history makes it unavailable to you. Until its scheduled deletion, we may retain its photo, answers, and reports solely for product improvement and updates, with access limited to authorized personnel.
Account, purchase, and security records may be retained for as long as needed to provide account access, preserve unused credits, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. To request deletion of your assessment or account data, contact us. Backup and provider copies may take additional time to be removed.
9. Data Security
We take your privacy and security seriously. We restrict access to personal information and use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect it. No system, transmission, or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete personal information
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive a copy of information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
- Opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection or privacy authority
You may use available account controls or contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Rights are subject to conditions and exceptions under applicable law, and we will respond within the period required by that law.
Browser and device settings let you manage cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy for details.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right where prohibited by law.
11. International Data Transfers
The Service and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use an approved legal mechanism or other appropriate safeguards. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your information.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.
If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this section, please contact us. We will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete the information where required.
